We call for the fate of civilians to be revealed, residents to be protected, and the names of victims to be documented.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documentation note added later:<\/strong> Human Rights Watch documented the killing of at least 248 people in al-Bayda and Baniyas on 2 and 3 May 2013.
